What is your policy if I am running late for my appointment?
We recommend that guests try to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. I recently had an injury or surgery, does that have any influence on what service I should choose?
Please make us aware of any injuries, surgeries and other medical conditions.  Many of the services can still be performed but may need to be tailored for your specific situation.
