Hello,
I would like to nominate my friend Nicci Elders- a phenominal woman. If anyone deserves to be pampered, its Nicci. Nicci has been raising her sister’s six boys for the last 10 years- the youngest three, she brought home from the hospital right after they were born! These adorable young men are thriving in her care. She recently started her own house cleaning business. Between the boy’s school, activities and her business, Nicci RARELY has time to take care of herself and absolutely NEEDS and DESERVES some special care!!! Please choose her for this special treat- a day of pampering would be ideal!
Thank you!
Michelle Cloud
To whom it may concern,
I would like to nominate my mom for a 90 minute facial. She is the main source of example to me in my life and I don’t know what I would do without her. She takes care of me and my brother with everything that we need. She constantely is worrying about how we are and doing and constantley loving us. She spends everyday for us and there is only one day a year that is designated to her. I want her to have the best mothers day posible and I know that she loves going to the Sego Lilly Day Spa. Every girl needs a day out where everyone else takes care of you rather than the other way around. I am nominated my terrific mother because I love her and she deserves it!
… My moms name is Wendy Waldron
To all who this concerns,
My mother works all day. Not just at her job, but around the house. Being a mother of four is hard–especially when she has a teenager, fourth grader, kindergartner, and a three year old who is potty training. She cleans up after all our messes, nags us, and hardly ever complains. She needs a foot massage and maybe a facial. She’s always on her feet and endures our complaints about the dinner menu. She works three days a week, gets up at two-thirty in the morning, and has to deal with us. She shows she loves us by doing dishes, yelling at us, and even making cookies at four in the morning.
My mom’s one of the hardest working people in my life. She helps where she can, does more than needed, and is always doing it with her whole heart. But sometimes, I think it’s too much. The foot massage would do her LOADS! (and if you paint, she likes red polish) If there’s anything my mom deserves; it’s BEING pampered, instead of DOING the pampering.
Thanks!
Her name is Jenny Faasavalu (faw-suh-VAW-loo)
I would love to nominate my Daughter, Athena. She is such a wonderful woman and is going to make a beautiful, loving mother. She moved to Utah to assist her brothers and give herself a new adventure. Learning the ropes without me there and taking on responsibilities has taken a toll on her. She deserves to have a moment for just to herself. To remember who she is and what she is growing to be! Thank you for giving me this opportunity! Namaste, Michelle Salmon
Just a reminder to send your nominations to the email address listed above so that we can have all of the nominations in one place to make our descisions. (Also just to honor any part of nominations that you may not necessarily want to have posted publically on the internet.) Thanks and Good Luck to all!
Hello,
I am writing this for my wife the mother of our two beautiful boys. She just got home from Iraq on March 9, 2010 and missed mothers day with our new born son and our now 8 year old son as well. I want this to be a mothers day that she knows how much she was missed and loved by not just my sons and I, but by the entire family. My wife came home from Iraq after serving for a year and has been amazing in seeming like she never left. She is always striving to do more so that our children can have everything they ever need or wanted. There is nothing more important in this world than the happiness of her kids. She has been a strong and amazing woman. Her sister died almost a year ago in June and she had a hard time with it but has always been trying in every way that she can to make sure everyone knows how special they are to her and she never does anything for herself. I know she would love to have the Sego Lily Escape done but would never spend the money on it because she would rather get something for the kids or even myself. She is the most caring and giving person I have ever met and I love her dearly. Thank you for giving me this oppertunity to share some things about her with you.
Where do I start, you see there is this lady that i have looked up to my whole life. Yes, it is my Mom. I am the oldest of 9 children in my family. My dad working, church callings kepy him away a lot. I saw my Mom give herself 24 hours a day 7 days a week. She was always spread out so thin. I remember her coming to my elementary school with curlers in her hair. She did not have a moment to spare for herself. Looking back I don’t remember her ever complaining about all she did for ALL my family. She has been blessed in many ways, she needed to be strong to take care of her family. My Mom has never once had the opportunity to spoil herself at any kind of a spa. I know thar you would treat her like a queen at Sego Lily. Thank you for your time & reading this. My Moms name is Margaret Hodson.
I,m nominating my mom Ana.I,m picking my mom Ana because I love her so much. And she,s very tired. So please pick my mom.I want her to have all your treatments.
i nominate marsha bradford. she has recently had my sister in law move in and her husband and 20 month old son. she babysits the little boy while mom and dad are out at work, which for anyone that has not had a little boy in the house for many years this is a very tiring job.(she loves the little guy to peices its just tiring to try to run after a 20 month old all day long. so i think she deserves a 90 minute massage for all her effort in helping out my sister in law and taking care of the little guy all day long.
I would like to nominate my Daughter. She is a Single mother of three. Works full time and is starting a new education for medical assistant. She is Always busy with ball games and soccar games. And Running kids around after work. She doesn’t get any time to relax and have very little “me” time. I would very much like to surprise her wwith a gift like this. Her birthday is the 10th of May and it could be a double surpise. Her name is Amy Swift. thank you.
I would like to nominate my dear friend Sandy Rasmussen. She is a mother of four girls and one boy ages 22-4 and two grandaughters. and she takes care of all of them plus works a full time job doing hair all day. Sandy just lost her hushand to A L S , which by the way took it’s toll on him, Sandy and the kids… she took amazing care of him clear up to the day he died. she is such a stong woman but she really needs a pamper day ! she has been through SO much for SO long that I really think she should get this AMAZING gift ! Thanks for your time. Jodi (service ? full body massage,or facial,or ped.)any kind of pampering she would love so much.
Hi,
I would like to nominate my mom, Elizabeth. She always takes care of us and her friends. She watched her best friends daughter Lizzie for 16 months when her mom had to go to Iraq. Now its like she is like my little sister : ) She’s always there when me and my sister need her. Now she’s taking care of our Grandma. She always talks about going back to Sego Lily but never gets a chance to. I hope you pick her to win a massage! AND because she deserves it for raising two crazy teenagers!!! thank you! Jessica
Hello, I want to nominate my mom Eileen. She is a single mom and takes care of me and my brother while serving in the military for 20 years… My mom goes to some not so fun places and when she comes home she says she would die to have a facial… So I want my mom to be nominated for a facial
my brother agrees a facial is what she keeps talking about. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to nominate my mother Elaine Pettit. She is 73 years old and still acts like she is half her age. She is always there when I need a back up mother for my children, when I need sound advice, or when i just need someone to hang out with. She is also constantly caring for my sister who has been sick for almost 2 years with cancer. She is the first one to volunteer to bring in a meal for a neighbor, or to help out wherever she can in her community. She has the strength of a 20 year old, the wisdom of a 90 year old and the heart of a saint. I just hope that I can do half of the things she can when I am her age. Please help me make her Mother’s day and give her a moment to relax in her busy schedule. I think a 90 minute facial would be wonderful for her.
I want to nominate my amazing neighbor and friend KRISTEN RASH! She’s one of the best mother’s and people I know. She has two darling boys and a beautiful baby girl she gave birth to April 20th 2010, after a very long wait for her. Kristen is such an inspiration and example to me and many others. She’s a loving and very patient mom and wife, constantly serving her family and reaching out to others to help lighten their load and build them up. She serves not only her church, family and neighbors but actively takes part in serving the community. Along with all of that, she works part time in a doctors office and has a singing group for kids. No matter how busy she is, she always takes the time to be there for others in whatever way needed. Kristen is very selfless, always putting her family and friends ahead of herself. She deserves to have a day of someone taking care of her! She would never think so, or expect something like this and this is just one reason why I love her and why she deserves a special day of pampering just for her!
Thank You!
I would like to nominate my daughter, Camille. She is the mother of two darling girls…two of my darling grandchildren. She spends so much quality time with her children, teaching, loving, playing….. This year, Camille and her husband decided to train to run a half marathon. Camille trained so steady, so hard….even though she struggles with abdominal pain from endimetriosis. She and her husband ran the half marathon, last Saturday from the U of U to Gateway…her very first run, in 2 hours 1 minute. It was tough for her,,,and with support from her husband, running by her side..she did it. They did it together.
Her muscles need one of your wonderful deep tissue massages. She needs some time ‘just for her.’ She’s a wonderful example to me. I love her very much.
I would like to nominate my friend and co-worker Rebecca Beesley for this mother’s day giveaway. She is not only an awesome Mother to her own children, but in her profession she is very much like a mother to six grown people with disabilities. She does the most amazing job! I cannot tell you the kindness and compassion she feels and it definitely shows. Rebecca doesn’t take a whole lot of time for herself, she puts countless hours in to her job, simply because she cares! Many of our people do not have families, and she provides not only the required care, she goes over the top to make them feel loved and part of a family. Birthdays, achievements, holidays, they are all included in her life. I know she would feel appreciated if she were to win this!
I would like to nominate my mom Rachel Banks because she has been stressed with us kids our whole lives and struggling to hold a job that she currently got laid off from now. She has been very depressed and very stressed out because she is afraid that she can not support us very well because of her being jobless. We only live in a town home. My mom just needs to have a day to relax instead of trying to constantly work. My mom deserves a nice long massage ritual. I want her to have the best mother’s day possible and not worry about a single thing on her day. Every day she takes care of my two brothers and one sister and only wants the best for us, well now we want the best for her!
Hello,
I would like to nominate my mother Sal Jansson. She is a mother of 6 and grandmother of 4. She has been such an example to me, my family, and many others in the community. She doesn’t ever have time to slow down and take time for herself. She is very community involved and sits on the nationsl PTA amongst many other things. I would LOVE to see her enjoy the relaxtion of Sego Lily Day Spa, that I myself have enjoyed on several occasions. Please pick my mother for the contest!
Thank you,
Mahina Jones
It’s hard to put into words how wonderful and deserving my wife is for something like this. This woman, also the love of my life, and the mother of our children, has been battling a chronic sickness for the 10yrs. I’ve been with her. Unable to have any more kids, luckily we had our last child in 2004, after which she had a full hysterectomy. She’s in pain everyday, and when she is not at the doctor getting treatments, she still takes care of our children, our home, and of course me. She is often down in the dumps and it hurts me because I can’t help her overcome this issue. I don’t make much money to do all the nice things I would love to do for her, so I thought entering her in this would be a great gift for somebody great in our life, we love her.
my mom is nice she takes care of us me and my two brotheres and she should take a break and relax there she does hard work she has to do alot of stuff she has to take us to are aunts before school and she has to drive to work shes very busy during the day my mom is very tierd and needs a break my moms name is melanie lockhart.
I would like to nominate my wife, I am not sure if it’s the right medium for this but she is a terrific mother. Over the past 3 years I have been through 4 different jobs, two of which I was laid off from and had to spend many months unemployed. Through all of this change, turmoil and uncertainty, my wife has stayed strong. She has been the foundation of our family and, eventhough she must have been terrified, was able to keep our family running in spite of having her unemployed, meddlesome husband around. She is a fantastic example of a good mother. Although we can afford to send her to your spa (which we will do if she doesn’t win). She deserves to win this, so others can recognize how great of a mother she is.
http://peytonsparents.blogspot.com/
I would like to nominate my sister, Tracy Smith, for an hour of relaxation and a pedicure. Tracy is an AMAZING source of inspiration for all who know her, and has been raising a special needs child for the last 2 1/2 years, leaving NO time for herself. Tracy is an amazing mother, sister, daughter, granddaughter, and as a result of Peyton’s birth, a special needs advocate that has been a blessing to all in the craniofacial and Nagers world who have been lucky to know her. Tracy is passionate about giving her daughter every opportunity in life, and gives of herself completely, leaving nothing left for herself.
I would like to nominate Jaime Aragon, not only is she my wife, she is the love of my life and the mother of our two beautiful daughters. Jaime has been battling a chronic illness for the ten years I have been with her, and it is slowly wearing her down. All the Doctors said we were unable to have children again, due to severe endometriosis, but fortunately in 2004, we were blessed with our second daughter. Six weeks later Jaime had a hysterectomy at the young age of 24. Jaime was diagnosed in 2005 with Interstitial Cystitis & Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. There is no cure for this debilitating illness. When she is not at the Doctors getting bladder instillation treatments, she is taking care of our home, our children, and yes me too. I don’t make alot of money, not nearly enough to do the nice things I would always like to do for her, so I figured this would be a great oppotunity to give something great to a very great person in our life, we love her very much.
I’m here to confirm Michelle Cloud’s nomination of Nicci Elders for a complete Sego Lily Spa Opp! I have met her and her sons and she most definitely deserves this honor! This woman puts all others to shame with her undying devotion to her “adopted” family. Please shower her with your special pampering this Mother’s Day! Paula Edens (regular customer)
I would like to nominate my mother Tina Berger. She is such an amazing mother to me and my four siblings. She cares for my Diabetic sister as if she had the disease herself. Even when we do not have a lot of money she still finds ways to keep us entertained, happy, and gets us the things we need. She puts us before anything in her life and I believe she deserves a day just to herself. I love my mother so very much.
I am unfortunate to live far away from my mother, we are miles and miles apart. She is coming to visit me from Texas for Mothers Day to help plant my garden and spend some quality time together. I’m extremely excited cause I miss her!!!
My mother was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in her 20′s and her amount of strength dealing with the disease and raising 3 children has inspired me. She may not always feel well but she never show’s it. Also, incidentally, a few years ago she found out she had a brain tumor. An Arterial Venous Malformation (AVM). She was born with this anomaly and never knew til she was in her late 50′s. She has gone through laser surgery and the doctor is wanting her to repeat the same procedure and she is not looking forward to it. Her risk of stroke and anurysm are high. She decided to postpone all of her doctors appointments till after her visit so we could enjoy our time together in case of a poor prognosis.
She has always stayed positive through the years but now I am seeing desperation. She try’s not to show it but she is becoming somewhat depressed with the idea of “getting old”. A decline in her and my fathers health are taking a toll on her. It doesn’t help either that her bestfriend lives here in Utah:o(
I am a strong believer that messages are for the soul and for my mother to recieve one would be such a treat for her. She has been through sooooo much lately that for her to come visit, plant a garden, and get pampered would mean the world to her and expecially to me.
Thank you for the opportunity to write this letter. I look forward to hopefully spending a day with my mother at Sego Lily Spa, which I enjoy so much!!!
Sincerely,
Rebecca Kahlden
What would we do without our Mothers? Amparo Siguenza is the epitome of what mothers are. She is a women that really puts others in front of her own needs. I am very blessed to have her as my mother. She raised 8 children and really devoted her life to each and every one of us. She sacrificed pretty much her whole life to see that her childrens’ needs were not only met but beyond. She focuses all her energy in helping others. I would really love for her to be able to have a little time for herself. She has never been to a spa or had any thing like that. She definitely deserves the Signature facial. This is something she would never do for herself but would totally appreciate. I would love for her to have her first experience at Sego Lily. I know that once she tries it she will be hooked.
Thankful daughter,
Melissa
I would like to nominate my mother Susan Child. My Mom is a great example of enduring lifes greatest challenges. She raised 8 kids on her own for many years and was also a devoted and accomplished school teacher and is now retired. Although she is retired she helps out every year with costumes for the school plays even though she has arthritis in most of her joints. She teaches young women how to cook and helps them make blankets and other items for shelters and for those in need. She has endured many heart aches over ther years with the loss of my sister at age 16 in a drunk driving accident several years ago and most recently the loss my older sister, who was only 38, to breast cancer in June of 2008. My little brother deploys to Iraq in June and I know she is afraid for him but she still supports him 100%. She opens her house to so many and she really deserves something for her. She is not able to afford going to a massage therapist anymore so I think it would be nice to allow her have the classic massage for 90 minutes and maybe even a pedicure just for fun. Thank you Joanna Miller
I want to nominate my mother, Leslie Williams. Leslie constantly is providing service to her church and community. While caring for my dieing father she managed to organize meals for families who had suffered a loss or illness in the community. She is always there to boost the spirits of others even when her own spirit is in need of care. She is an active participant in the community, and is known to generations of children as “the Story Lady.” She has donated hundreds of hours reading stories to children at: the library, community events, and local schools.
Dear Sego Lily Spa-
There isn’t enough I can say about the woman I am nominating! Every morning she gets up and runs five miles, rain or shine. After she runs she teaches pregnant teenage girls at the Young Parents Program. She is on her feet all day educating these girls so that one day they can lead a productive meaningful life, much like she leads hers. After work she goes home to cook dinner, clean, and help her family in any way possible. My mother is a shining example of what a hard working woman does day in and day out. Her strong body and beautiful self only deserves the BEST, the Ultimate Body Cure treatment from Sego Lily. The mother I love and adore, and who is so deserving of this is Cathleen Taggart!

I visited the Sego Lily Day Spa for the first time yesterday thanks to my employer who gave me a gift card for Christmas, and let me say it was AMAZING! The one downside to the visit was that my mom who is also my best friend was not there with me to enjoy it and I thought about how much she would love a hot stone massage and how she needs to be pampered in your beautiful spa. My mother (Rebecca Reschke) is the mother of 5 as well as a proud Grandma! She has always been there for us through thick and thin. When my husband was deployed to Iraq, she was there with me every step of the way and I always had a shoulder to cry on. I honestly could not have made it without her. I love my Mom with all my heart but I must say that she isn’t perfect because one of her flaws is that she does not know how to take time out for herself! Please help her relax!
My name is Allen Maxwell and my wife is Cathy. She would love the detoxifying seaweed wrap treatment and it’s my job to convince you that she deserves it! Let me tell you a little bit about this amazing woman…
To show just how deserving she is I of course have to start with me. which actually shows EXACTLY why this saint of a woman deserves to be pampered by you… ME! I am a guy.. which means that I am: Controlling, selfish, self-centered, hypocritical, needy, sloppy, lazy, smelly, noisy, critical, and I’m sure she could come up with a few more to add to the list.. but you get my drift. This woman not only PUTS UP with me, she is kind, caring, supportive, and nurturing in SPITE of all those things I am! Writing this today I can’t even believe how lucky I am to have her… it truly is amazing and she should be heralded as a major over achiever because I’m not so easy to deal with…
Cathy and I have been together for a little over 7 years and my life is blessed beyond description because of her. I’m not the kind of guy to go running around talking about soul mates or anything like that but if there is such a thing: she’s it. We are connected that well. If anyone deserves the pampering and relaxation you offer it is this woman who shows up every day to her job, to our children, and to me – the latter is no picnic as I’ve already mentioned! She and I are both widowers – lost our spouses in (separate) car accidents in 2001. Two years after that we found each other and the rest is history so to speak. We both bring a child into our relationship: her a girl and me a boy. Both of which are a handful of course (children help me understand why animals eat their young) but in spite of the challenges she’s still here. She’s not just present, she’s a part of it all… driving kids around, attending sporting events, taking care of the house, she loves to garden, and she works as a loan officer (does anyone there need to redo their mortgage? Rates are really fantastic and she is amazing at what she does there too! )
In summary, Cathy definitely deserves to be recognized as an amazing Mom… wife, woman, and friend. I recognize this every day and hope you can see it too…
Thanks for the consideration!
I would like to nominate my Mother and Best-Friend Molly. My Mom is ALWAYS there for me when I need her. I have chronic health issues and I’m at the Doctors at least once a week. My mom volunteers to watch my daughters for me, when my treatments make me tired. I know it’s wearing her down, she stresses about me constantly and I know she needs a break, even though she won’t admit it. We usually get a certificate for Christmas and as soon as we can, we schedule a Rocky Mountain Stone together. I think this is a great way to show my Mom how much I appreciate her and all she does for me and my daughters. We love her so and would be lost without her.
My mother Lori is one of the most deserving women.
She has worked full time for years to support us kids. She is a hard working single mother who sure needs something like this! We as her children want to give our mom something in return for all she does for us. She needs a big break. Please, make our mom’s mother’s day a good one!
I would like to nominate my wife for a full body and foot massage. Where do I start? Well our car broke down about 3 weeks ago, and due to my back problems I have been unable to work. My Loving wife walks to work at Macys 6 days a week and is on her feet all day, then walks home get’s dinner ready and makes sure we’re my daughter and I are ok. She scarfs down her food, and goes to bed. Then if we need something for dinner, she will get up in the morning before she goes to work, walk to the store drop it off and then walk to work. This is a My Phenomenal Woman
We want nominate winner to my mom because she is a wonderfull mom, she is my example to follow, she teach me to be a nice person, love to God for everything, love our similar,to be happy, she give your life for us, I know that, WE LOVE TO GOD IN FIRTS PLACE AND OUR MOM second because God is love, and my mom is our love too, we are she win this with relaxin massage,my sister and brothers, will be very happy is we can give the notice taha she is a winner ONLY FOR BE THE MOST,BEAUTIFUL, GIFT OF GOD FOR OUR LIFES. THANK YOU
BROTERS FIGUEROA…( KIM, ALEX, MINDY AND PABLO)
I would like to nominate my mom Lori Steed. She is the most amazing and inspiring woman I’ve got in my life! She raised us 3 kids as a single mother. She worked full time and went to college full time so that she could be the best provider for us. Now that I’m a grown adults, I was a single mother of 3 kids. I have worked shiftwork for the past 6 years and have almost completely depended on Mom to help with my kids. She picks them up from school, takes them on vacation with her, and does everything she can to let my kids know they are important. It truly takes a strong woman to be able raise her kids as a single mother, then turn around years later and help her daughter raise her kids. I don’t know what I would ever do without Mom! I want her to have a very special Mother’s Day and be pampered like she deserves.. Thanks for this opportunity!
Trish Singleton
I would love to nominate my friend and coworker Steph Pond for the Mother’s Day Giveaway. She is an amazing woman and I admire her strength in a tough situation. She has been the sole support of her family for over a year now. Being a labor and delivery nurse also, I know how hard she works. Just the fact that she works nights and get bare minimum sleep after her shifts, she works extra shifts just to provide the bare necessities for her family of seven. She rarely has anytime to her self, let alone time to pamper herself. If anyone deserves a day of pampering, it is her. I know this would be an amazing oppurtunity for her to revive her spirit and keep charging on.
I would love to nominate my Mother Ella. She is a great mother and grandmother and deserves every good thing that life has to offer. I am currently living in Germany because my husband is in the Air Force. Every time that I need anything or my kids need anything my mother is always there to help us out. I would love to do anything to help her out and I know that she would love a treatment. Before we left for Germany four years ago I was looking for the best Mothersday gift that I could possibly give so I visited your spa in Layton and purchased her a gift card. She absolutley loves going to your spa and now it is a regular gift that I give her for every occasion. She also buys treatments for herself. My mother deserves this and I would love to give it to her. She is my inspiration and my kids and I miss her very much.
I would like to nominate my Mother for a spa treatment of her choice. My Mother is amazing, she raised 6 kids and continues to nurture her 10 grandchildren. Throughout her life she has always served, the truth is that many people besides my siblings and I look to her as a Mother. Mom has one fatal flaw though, she is a little too giving, Her time is spent in the service of others, which is a great example to me and all who know her, Please choose my Mom, Carmen Maurer, the most deserving Mother I know!
– Michel Romero
I like to nominate my mom for being both mother and father to us to her 3 kids my mothers name is dawna harrison
My mother should write a book about the wonderful things she does for everyone. My mother at a young age lost her father and her being the oldest had to take care of her younger siblings while her mother worked. She gave up so much to give to her family and still continuese to do so. From then on my mom has always given more to others than herself. Traedgy hit my mother again when she was told she couldn’t have kids with my dad, they were blessed to adopt my older sister and give her a new safe home, where her family in tonga couldn’t take care of her. In some miracle happened, and my younger sister and I were born and my mom has taken care of three girls perfectly and a great husband. My mom is not only my amazing mother, but she is my best friend. Please give her a day where she can be treated! Thank you! Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers out there that give to everyone first before themselves.
I would like to nominate my Mother. She is the most unselfish person I know. For as long as I can remember she always thinking of others before her own needs. She never asks for any help even if she needs it.My Mother has been takeing care of my Dad for 20 plus years do to bad health. She is the first to help anyone in need when she could use help herself but never asks. When I was growing up it would make me so mad about how careing she was. Now I’m grown with a Family of my own and grandchilderm I have become my Mother. I had visited your spa and enjoyed it very much I would like my Mother to be pampered.
I would like to nominate myself. I am a mother of two boys, 9 years old and 4 years old. I work hard everyday and go home to take care of my boys. Every Mother’s Day they make me a cute gift and present it to me and this year it would be nice to have a massage for all the work I do. Otherwise, all my money goes to bills. No time or money for anyting I want to do. I know this may sound selfish but as a parent doing it on my own it takes patting yourself on your own back sometimes. I volunteer in my community and do what I can to help others and it would be nice to be taken care of this year.
My mom is also a wonderful person and if I don’t deserve this massage then she definitely does! She is always there for her four girls and she is a hard worker. She volunteers in the community with me and is constantly there for me and my boys. I would not know what to do without her. Thanks for the consideration.
I am here to nominate my mom, Julie Heinbach for the mothers day spa treatment. She is one hard working woman and is busy with two jobs, raising my sisters girls for 1/2 of the week and she is recovering from a broken shoulder with osteoperosis. She is always working hard for someone else and rarely takes the time to pamper herself. She is an awesome mom & she deserves this Mothers Day giveaway.
I would love to honor my mother Karen with the gift of a facial….Where do I start when it comes to describing this incredible inspiration in my life. As a single mother of three working full time to provide for us, we really never knew what we went without because of her simple ways. She always put us first!! After finally finding love 15 years later, on the day of her wedding my brother was killed in a car accident. In her unselfish ways, rearranged her wedding, and she took my sister and I with them to get married and their honeymoon two weeks later. This was her “special day” and one again was thinking of her children. Her devotion to her children shows and is reflected by every smile line (wrinkles). I really feels she deserves some “ME” time on this mothers day
sincerely,
Amy
My mother, Sandy Korolis, is FABULOUS and I wish to recognize her for this Mother’s Day treat with a Classic Massage at Sego Lily Spa. This year her kids will be 40, 38, 36, 34 and 31 years old and she continues to be a great support to each of us. She raised us to value hard work and set a great example; she still works 12 hour shifts as a nurse caring for others and making them well. As a grandmother, she works hard to help us get kids to and from school, movie adventures and she runs a “grandma’s boot camp” if any of the kids get out of line…ha, ha, ha. She taught us respect, manners, patriotism and gave us all the love she had. Finally, she knew she couldn’t raise us right by being our friend and she chose instead to be our mother…….that’s what made her the best mom ever and helped us to turn out pretty darn great. Thanks MOM.
Hello there! I would like to nominate someone I have not even met face to face, but I do know her sweet husband. He has been battling cancer for a few years now and they just got news that he has very little time left. They have four young children that she will soon be left to raise alone. Her name is Mandy and she has been such an example of faith as I check her blog daily for updates on their situation. She has found herself trying to balance keeping the kids’ lives normal as possible and the fact that she will be losing her husband soon. As a mother/wife I cannot imagine what she is going through.
If there was ever a woman deserving of some R&R it’s Mandy. Please consider this sweet woman for your Mother’s Day giveaway as this will be her last with her sweet husband.
Thank you!
