Sego Lily Yoga Class Descriptions
Traditional Yoga An hour of warming up the spine, guided breathing, and maintaining traditional yoga poses, combined with relaxation exercises. Traditional Hatha yoga which will leave you with all of yoga’s benefits: increased flexibility, good mood, better quality of sleep, comfort in ones own body, and greater success in your other life activities. A medium energy class, perfect for yoga students of all levels.
Power Yoga A dynamic style of Hatha yoga that links poses together with breath. Classes consist of traditional warm ups, original flow series that vary per class, balancing poses, and cool down. This is a great class for energetic students who are want to move, sweat, strengthen, improve flexibility, and balance. Power yoga is ideal for students who want to cross train their other forms of exercise.
Restore Yoga This class is designed to restore us to our optimal self through gentle breath work, gently mobilizing the body, releasing tension from tight muscles, and learning to relax. We’ll focus on mindfulness as we learn to feel wonderful in body, mind, and spirit. This class is wonderful for beginners or people with injuries.
Cuppa Joe Flow, Level 1-2 Yoga The quality of our lives can be measured by how well we manage stress and tension. This morning transformative flowing class is designed to cleanse the body of built up tension, strengthen your core, and leave you feeling energized, alive, balanced, and ready for your day. No need for that traditional morning ‘cup of joe’ when you can have this one.
Gentle Flow and Stretching, All levels A deeply nourishing practice that marries meditation and asana. If you want to feel loose, stretched out and relaxed this class is for you. We will move into deep stretches that unlock the tension and release the tighness. We will focus on breath and movement, openness and flexibility, accompanied by transformative music for rejuvenating and balancing effect. It is sure to send you off on a cloud off bliss.
Pilates Reformer Get a total body workout using a spring loaded resistance Pilates Reformer machine. If you are results oriented and want to achieve the look of longer, stronger, more tone muscles, then this is the class for you!

Balancing self awareness, education, and exercise. This program offers: Personal training, A binder with Daily worksheets, a pass to all classes for the duration of the program and much more. 4 week basic program starts at $240
