Sego Lily Yoga Class Descriptions

Rejuvenating Yoga This basic level yoga class is great for beginners or experienced. Joining breath and movement with options for specific modifications. Leave feeling simply refreshed.

Traditional Yoga An hour of warming up the spine, guided breathing, and maintaining traditional yoga poses, combined with relaxation exercises. Traditional Hatha yoga which will leave you with all of yoga’s benefits: increased flexibility, good mood, better quality of sleep, comfort in ones own body, and greater success in your other life activities. A medium energy class, perfect for yoga students of all levels.

Basic Prana Flow The concept of meditation in motion. A gentle flow of basic poses to leave you energized and massaged in mind body and spirit.

Yoga Basics A perfect place to start. Enjoy experiencing the foundations of movement and breath work. Wherever you are in your yoga journey enjoy getting back to basics.

Kundalini Yoga Focus on elevating consciousness, allowing for grater awareness of the mind and body. Through movements, chanting, and breath work feel more relaxed, healthy, and happy.

Core Yoga Yoga that challenges your center. The class helps decrease back pain while strengthening and toning the abdominal wall. You will leave with better posture, more overall strength, and improved mobility. Come take the challenge of core yoga.

Prana Flow Movement and Breath linked, created to challenge your entire body, refresh your mind and free your spirit. Come enjoy the journey, students of every level can immediately feel the benefits and witness the improving. You will leave this class feeling empowered and yet as calm and quiet as a Buddhist monk.

Power Yoga A dynamic style of Hatha yoga that links poses together with breath. Classes consist of traditional warm ups, original flow series that vary per class, balancing poses, and cool down. This is a great class for energetic students who are want to move, sweat, strengthen, improve flexibility, and balance. Power yoga is ideal for students who want to cross train their other forms of exercise.

Restore Yoga This class is designed to restore us to our optimal self through gentle breath work, gently mobilizing the body, releasing tension from tight muscles, and learning to relax. We’ll focus on mindfulness as we learn to feel wonderful in body, mind, and spirit. This class is wonderful for beginners or people with injuries.

Focus & Restore Yoga Join Cynthia Wand for this unique combination of restorative yoga and heart-centered focus on key components of the yoga/life practice. This is a slower, more concentrated yogaexperience designed to help you connect more deeply to your whole-body self and your life outside the studio. Each week will be different so come ready to be renewed, revitalized and surprised!

Sun Salutes One hour of mood elevating yoga. The class is devoted to different variations of sun salutes. Allow the benefits of a moving yoga practice to bump up your metabolism, boost your mood, and awaken your senses. Leave this class feeling more ALIVE!

Tone & Sculpt Pilates Mat A wonderful way to get the tone figure you may be wanting. This class incorporates bands, rings, hand weights, and more for a total body work out.

Pilates Reformer Get a total body workout using a spring loaded resistance Pilates Reformer machine. If you are results oriented and want to achieve the look of longer, stronger, more tone muscles, then this is the class for you!

5 – Class Punch Pass $50 (valid 60 days)
10 – Class Punch Pass $85 (valid 90 days)
Unlimited Month Pass $65 (valid 30 days)

Yoga classes include use of meditation space, and all locker room amenities.

Wellness Program

Balancing self awareness, education, and exercise. This program offers: Personal training, A binder with Daily worksheets, a pass to all classes for the duration of the program and much more. 4 week basic program starts at $240
