Prana FlowMovement and Breath linked, created to challenge your entire body, refresh your mind and free your spirit. Come enjoy the journey, students of every level can immediately feel the benefits and witness the improving. You will leave this class feeling empowered and yet as calm and quiet as a Buddhist monk.
Power YogaA dynamic style of Hatha yoga that links poses together with breath. Classes consist of traditional warm ups, original flow series that vary per class, balancing poses, and cool down. This is a great class for energetic students who are want to move, sweat, strengthen, improve flexibility, and balance. Power yoga is ideal for students who want to cross train their other forms of exercise.
Restore YogaThis class is designed to restore us to our optimal self through gentle breath work, gently mobilizing the body, releasing tension from tight muscles, and learning to relax. We'll focus on mindfulness as we learn to feel wonderful in body, mind, and spirit. This class is wonderful for beginners or people with injuries.
Sun SalutesOne hour of mood elevating yoga. The class is devoted to different variations of sun salutes. Allow the benefits of a moving yoga practice to bump up your metabolism, boost your mood, and awaken your senses. Leave this class feeling more ALIVE!
Tone & Sculpt Pilates MatA wonderful way to get the tone figure you may be wanting. This class incorporates bands, rings, hand weights, and more for a total body work out.
Pilates ReformerGet a total body workout using a spring loaded resistance Pilates Reformer machine. If you are results oriented and want to achieve the look of longer, stronger, more tone muscles, then this is the class for you!
